William J.R. “Willie” McIntosh
Passed on October 3, 2021 at his home.
He was born April 5, 1951 in Cincinnati.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ethel (Linkous) McIntosh; sister, Hazel R. Manis; and nephew, Charlie Lewis.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 ½ years, Patricia McIntosh; son, Jesse (Jeanette Berbigler) McIntosh; daughter, Samantha (Paul) Thomas; 9 grandchildren, Kimberly (Rusty), Austin, Ava, Tony, Grace, William, Isabel, Titus, and Vernon Charles; great granddaughter, Nova; a great grandson on the way; 4-legged companion, Lucy; brothers, Steve (Alice) McIntosh, John (Mary) McIntosh, James McIntosh; sisters-in-law, Trula (Ted) Carrier, Peggy (Jim) Rodefer, Sonya (Doug) Austin, Pauline McMurray, and Judy (Keith) Messer; brothers-in-law, James McMurray and Ernest McMurray; numerous nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.
Before he became disabled, Willie enjoyed hunting, fishing, hand carving wood, poetry, and gardening. He was also a very knowledgeable history buff.
The family will receive friends Thursday, October 7 from 11AM to 1PM at BALES FUNERAL HOME, Camden. The funeral service will begin at 1PM with Pastor Michael Gadd officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery, Camden.
