Robert Ellery Carr

Age 55, of Dayton unexpectantly passed away in Michigan on Sunday, February 18, 2018.

Robert was born July 7, 1962 in Dayton, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gordon R. Carr.

Robert is survived by his mother Shirley Thomas of Cincinnati, OH; son, BJ Carr of KY; step mother, Bonnie Carr of Ft. Myers, FL; step sister, Carol Hamblin of Miamisburg, OH; step brother, Rick Farley of Tampa, FL; brothers, Thomas (Julie) Carr of Albion, MI, Donnie (Colleen) Carr of New Port Richey, FL; 3 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many more family and friends.

Robert graduated from Wilbert Wright H.S., Class of 1980 then served in the US Army for 4 years.  He then went on to attend a trade school and worked as an electrician for many years.  Robert enjoyed watching sports, loved the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, Ohio State Football, and NASCAR. He also enjoyed fishing and time with his family.

Visitation will be Saturday February 24, 2018 at BALES FUNERAL HOME in Camden from 10 AM to 12 PM.
