Richard “Rick” L. Wenning II,
Age 50, of Eaton, passed away on Tuesday May 17, 2022. Rick was born on September 9, 1971, to his parents Richard and Ginny (Albert) Wenning.
Rick was preceded in death by his father, Richard; grandparents: Isadore and Stella Wenning and Byron and Vicki Lee Albert.
He is survived by his loving wife Corinne; daughters, Elizabeth Wenning and Alexandra Wenning; mother, Ginny Wenning; brother, Gerame (Mary) Wenning; uncle, Joe (Leeann) Wenning; and numerous cousins.
Rick graduated from Eaton High School in 1989 where he played soccer for many years. He attended Miami University- Middletown for Art, and Botany. He worked at Neaton for over 25 years.
Rick was a true artist. He had many talents as an artist with oil painting, drawing, pastels, and his favorite, spray paint art. He had many Art Shows in his career and countless consignment jobs for customers spanning over many states. Among his many talents he also had several published books that he illustrated.
Rick enjoyed building things for his children. He loved fishing and boating at the cottage in Michigan with his family. He really enjoyed fishing in the morning and evenings with his brother, those were special moments for him.
He was a loving and proud father of his very talented girls, Elizabeth and Alexandra. The three of them had a close and loving bond like no other.
Rick will be sadly missed by many, as he has touched countless lives.
The family will receive friends at the Preble Memory Gardens Funeral Center on Friday May 20, 2022, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM and then on Saturday May 21, 2022, from 11:00AM to 12:00 noon.
