Obituary

Martha Schoenling

100, of Camden, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

Martha was born June 25, 1922 in Hamilton, to the late Anthony and Mary (Fath) Mintkenbaugh.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Schoenling; son, John D. Schoenling; grandsons, Greg and David Oxley; and sister, Mary Jane Fox.

Martha is survived by her son, Jim (Elaine) Schoenling; daughter, Lois (Tony) Oxley; grandchildren, April (Brandon) Wiseman, Rita Lyons, Tim Schoenling, Bob Schoenling, Barry Gilmer, and Alexis Croley; and numerous great grandchildren.

She had been a life-long farmer who loved to ride the tractor so much you could never get her off of it.  Martha was a very strong and able-bodied person and enjoyed life on the farm until recently.  She had been a member of The Church at Sugar Valley.

The family will receive friends Friday, March 10 from 4-6PM at BALES FUNERAL HOME, 249 N. Main Street, Camden, 45311. The funeral service will begin at 6PM with Pastor Gerry Sadai officiating.
