Gary McRay

73, passed away peacefully at home on November 28, 2021. Gary was born in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, to the late Emerson and Myrtle McRay on January 3, 1948.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Sandy (Traylor) McRay; children; Dave (Janette), Emily, April (Robert); grandchildren; Cody, Brittany, Gage, Danielle, Anna, Mackenna, and Caleb; great grandchildren; Briella, Brantley, Owen, Kennedy, Oakley, and Eleanore; sisters; Rita, Cathy, and Dixie; fur babies; Diesel, Oliver, and Lily.

Gary was a loving husband who always provided for his family. He owned a trucking business with his wife, and retired from Rumpke in 2016. He enjoyed getting his grandchildren on and off the school bus, playing Crazy-8s with them, and spending quality time with his family.
