Donald Leroy Null
Age, 78, of Morning Sun, Ohio, went to be with his wife on August 19th, 2022.
He was born in Eaton, Ohio, to the late Walter and Ruth (Rhodus) Null on June 3rd, 1944.
Along with his parents, Donald is preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years, Doris (Newman) Null; and sister, Mary “Sis” Hensley.
Donald is survived by his children, Donna (BJ) Koons, Tracy (Billy) Havens-Jahosky; sister, Patricia (Mark) Lambert; grandchildren, Donovan (Shelby) Havens, Jarred (Sky) Havens, Tyler Jahosky, Amanda Jahosky; three grand pups; three great grand pups; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Donald was a quiet, simple man. Since he was an avid collector of all things, he spent his free time at the flea markets, browsing for the next item to add to his collection. His fellow members of the Last Chance Truckers gave him the nickname of “Cedar Coach” in honor of his talented wood working skills. He was able to travel to Ford’s Garage with his family and if you knew Donald, you know that was a dream come true for a Ford man. Although Donald loved collecting, wood working, and Ford, there was nothing he loved more than his family. Spending time with his family and attending his grandchildren’s sports events was his biggest joy. Donald was a wonderful man and will be missed by many.
A visitation will be held at Bales Funeral Home (249 N. Main Street, Camden, Ohio, 45311) on August 24th, 2022, from 11AM to 1PM. The service will start at 1PM with burial to follow at Beechwood Cemetery. For condolences, please visit www.balesfh.com.
