Vickie Lynn (Durbin) McGaha

Age 62, of Collinsville, went to be with the lord and her parents on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. She was born in Warner Robins, GA, to the late Charles and Shirley Mae (O’Conner) Durbin on June 19, 1960.

Along with her parents, Vickie is preceded in death by her sister, Vonda Holleman; brothers, Charles Jr, Melvin “Sam”, James Maupin; brother in law, Kelly McCall; two father in laws; Bud McCall, James Hartman; and mother in law, Lynn.

She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Bobby McGaha; her children, Bryan (Keri Jo) McGaha, Jenny (Jay) Anderson; sister, Sonya Graves, grandchildren, Austin McGaha, Haley Anderson, Trinity (Ayden) Ferguson, Zoey, little Bryan, and Bryson McGaha; mother in law, Helen McCall; father in law, Bob McGaha; her favorite child (aka furchild) Layla; and several other family members that loved her dearly.

Vickie enjoyed listening to music, reading books, watching Chicago Fire or NCIS, but above all, she loved spending time with her family. Vickie touched many lives. She was an amazing mother, a loving wife, a wonderful grandmother, a beloved sister, and so much more. She will be truly missed by those who knew and loved her.

There will be a memorial service for Vickie at the Somerville Community Church, 207 Walnut Street, Somerville, OH 45064, on Saturday, August 13, 2022. The family will receive friends at 2PM, services start at 3PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family. www.balesfh.com
