70, of Oxford, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021.

She was born October 31, 1950 in Hamilton, to Jacque and Carol Meyer.

Sandy was preceded in death by her husband, Al Farrow, Jr.; children, Roy Thomas, Shannon Wayne, and Karen Lynn; dad, Jacque; and granddaughter, Brittany.

She is survived by her children, Cyndi Newton, Raymond Newton, Jr., Jason Michael Newton, and Betty Renee Kouyate; grandchildren, Ashley, Jessie, Ryan, Autumn, Jacob, Terrence, Madison, Alexis, Lindsey, and Ameena; 9 great grandchildren with 2 on the way; special friend, Sharon; 6 sisters; 1 brother; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sandy loved spending time with grandkids and great grandkids.

There will be a private graveside service at the convenience of the family.
