Ralph S. Bennett
76, of Camden, passed away suddenly, Monday, March 15, 2021.
He was born in Kentucky in 1944 to the late Hiram and Nannie Bennett.
Ralph is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Glenda J. Bennett; daughters, Debbie (Tom) Simmons and Sandy (Brett) Wilder; grandchildren, Brad Baker, Anthony Bennett, Kurtis Dixon, Candice Walker, Will Elam, Britt Elam, and Andrew Elam; great grandchildren, Acaysia, Jayden, Melanie, Sakai, Braxton, Jasper, Micah, Maddie, Layanna, Jace, Myles, and Marli; and brothers, Gorman Bennett and Jimmy Bennett.
He knew Brookville Lake like the back of his hand and was the best crappie fisherman ever. When not fishing, Ralph could be found sitting in his La-Z-Boy. Known to be a jokester, he was the Originator of the “Hoochie Pucker” dance, but just wanted make everyone smile.
There will be a visitation on Friday, March 19 from 11AM to 1PM at BALES’ FUNERAL HOME, Camden with a graveside service to follow at Fairmound Cemetery.
