Raegina “Rae-Rae” Fugate
Age 40 of West Elkton, formerly Camden, peacefully passed away surrounded by her immediate family on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
She was born January 1, 1985, in Hamilton, to her parents, Michael R. House and Valerie J. (Snowden) Wysong.
Rae-Rae was preceded in death by her stepdad, Brian Wysong, and cousin, Jamie Crank.
She is survived by her husband, Riley Fugate; children, Damian (Sage Foster) Sullivan, Tavian Sullivan, Jaydian Sullivan, and Kinley Fugate; siblings, Angela (Jeremy) Ratliff and Michael (Candace) House; sister in law, Caitlin Fugate; nieces and nephews, Ellie, Preston, Cali, Natalee, Emma, Cole, Kennedy, Parker, and Cade; beloved pet, Luna Sage; and multiple cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Rae-Rae was a one-of-a-kind soul whose heart was as fierce as it was generous. She loved her family with everything she had, and anyone lucky enough to know her quickly learned that she was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back, a shoulder to lean on, and a laugh that could brighten even the hardest day.
A true sports nut and a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan, Rae-Rae never missed the chance to cheer, yell at the TV, or celebrate the rare, sweet victory. Her passion for the game was contagious, and being in the room with her on game day felt like being part of something electric.
Despite being allergic, Rae-Rae adored her pet cats with her whole heart, no sneezing or watery eyes could ever keep her from showering them with love. She delighted in the simple beauties of life: watching butterflies float through the air, receiving flowers (roses were always her favorite), and collecting anything fox-related, which she found endlessly charming.
Stubborn in the best possible way, Rae-Rae was a fighter from the beginning. She faced every challenge with grit, determination, and a spirit that refused to quit. Yet beneath that toughness was a tender, giving soul who constantly put others before herself. She had a laugh that people remembered, a joyful, unforgettable sound that could fill a room and make everything feel lighter.
Rae-Rae’s love for her family was absolute. She was at her happiest when surrounded by the people she cherished, and she leaves behind memories that will be carried forward with deep affection and pride. Her selflessness, her fire, and her radiant personality made her someone impossible to forget.
The family would like to extend a special “Thank You!” to all members of the team of medical professionals who assisted with Raegina’s care.
A visitation will be held Friday, December 5 from 11AM to 1PM at BALES FUNERAL HOME, Camden. The funeral service will begin at 1PM with Pastor Greg Jackson officiating. Raegina will be laid to rest at Fairmount Cemetery, Camden.
