Age 50, of Trenton, unexpectedly passed away Friday January 6, 2017.
Donnie was born February 3, 1966 in Middletown, to the late Herschell M. Sr. and Wilma M. (Lane) Messer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; infant twin daughter and son, Doni Mae and Brentley Glen; brothers, Scott and Mark Messer; nephew, Andrew Messer.
Donnie is survived by his loving wife, Candace; children, Taylor Messer, Tara (Bryce) Simpson, and Ashley, Jacob (Rebekah), and Clinton Hollon; grandsons; Aiden, Johnathan, Jackson, and Gideon; niece, Erica (Jason) Sergent; siblings, Thomas (Donna) Messer, Herschell Jr. “Buck” (Judy) Messer, Vickie (Jack) Oaks, Joyce (Jim) Finnigan, Kenny (Pam) Messer, Doug (Barbara) Messer, and Barb (John) Esh; and many more family and friends.
He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, hunting, fishing, drawing, and tattoos, listening to country music and bluegrass, and picking his guitars. Donnie would do anything for anybody, a true country boy. His girls were his world and his wife was his heart and soul.
