Charles R. “Bob” Pallman
Age 87, of Wayne Township, went Home to be with the Lord, Monday, November 18, 2019.
He was born September 24, 1932 in Wayne Township to the late Charles S. and Ida Mae (Rhodus) Pallman.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Dyehouse.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Mary Pallman; niece, Becky (Don) Ferguson and her daughter, Journey; nephews, David (Stephanie) Dyehouse and his children, Barbara Nicole, Jonathon, and Jacob, and Kevin (Kim) Dyehouse and his sons, Christopher and Lucas; and many more family and friends.
Bob was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Korean War. He enjoyed shooting guns, reading, gardening, sewing, cooking, and rug hooking. Bob attended Jacksonburg United Methodist Church, and was a “jack of all trades” who worked many jobs.
The family will receive friends Friday, November 22 from 12-2PM at BALES’ FUNERAL HOME, Camden. The funeral service will begin at 2PM with Pastor Chuck Wolfenbarger officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmound Cemetery, West Elkton.
