Barbara “Bootsie” J. Kendel

83, of Camden, went to be with the Lord Sunday, October 17, 2021.

She was born March 26, 1938 in New Paris, to the late Renzy and Helen (Marsh) Taylor.

In addition to her parents, Bootsie was preceded in death by her siblings, Paul Taylor, Barney Taylor, and Shirley Wolfe; and grandson, Nathaniel Wolfe.

She is survived by her son, Robbie (Christa) Wolfe; grandchildren, Taylor (Aaron Braden) Wolfe, Jordan (Madison) Wolfe, Brooklynn (Bradley) Banis, Lexie Wolfe, Jessica (Jeremy) Davis, and Jenny (Chad) Kinney; great grandchildren, Nathyn, Elaina, JR, Carter, Beca, Brendan, Joshua, Dillon, and Brynlee; brothers, Pete (Barbara Ann) Taylor and Joe (Betty) Taylor; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bootsie enjoyed wordsearch puzzles, playing bingo, going to the casino, and watching game shows.  Spending time with her grandkids brought the greatest joy in life.

The family will receive friends Monday, October 25 from 11AM to 1PM at BALES FUNERAL HOME, Camden.  The funeral service will begin at 1PM with Pastor Elbert Sorrell officiating.  Burial will follow at Springlawn Cemetery, New Paris.
